the call involves a product covered by the Animal Product
Safety Service, the product manufacturer will absorb the cost
of the call; thus there is no cost to the caller. Most APSS
clients route animal calls directly to the Center. Feel free
to call and inquire if a product is covered by an APSS client.
There is no charge when the call involves a product covered
by the Animal Product Safety Service.
