These little cat desktop mates sit, run, eat, and perform various antics on the desktop while you work.
These desktop mates are clean and healthy cats and are regularly inspected by our virtual vet. Even though we are sure that all are safe, we always recommend that you have a virus checker on your computer. It's good for peace of mind.
Do not link to these files. We will change the names of our files periodically.

Neko
The Neko program is very simple: the kitty, 'Neko,' follows your mouse. If the mouse leaves the window, Neko falls asleep. If the mouse comes back on the window, Neko wakes up!
"Neko" means "cat" in Japanese. Neko was originally written by Masayuki Koba and later modified by Tatsuya Kato. Then Dara T. Khani made a version for MS Windows. This is David Harvey's freeware version for Win 95 and up, with interesting improvements!
