Clinical
signs of poisoning...
Sudden
death may be the only presenting sign. A rapid heart rate, red
mucous membranes, and cherry-red venous blood is highly suggestive
of cyanide poisoning.
Severe difficulty in breathing. Rapid respiratory rate.
Animals become anxious and excited because they are unable to
breath.
